Job Title: Service Delivery Technician (SDT)

Team Leader: Service Delivery Specialist (SDS)

Escalation Manager: Service Delivery Specialist (SDS) / Assistant Service Delivery Manager (ASDM)

Direct Reporting Manager: Service Delivery Manager (SDM)

Pre Requisites

Experience:1 years minimum On Job working experience/work attachment in the same or similar roles.

Minimum age 20 years 

Minimum psychometric scoring of _____

Personality test profile of _______

TOEFL minimum score of ______

Good technical capability, hands on, diligent & tenacious. 

Added Advantage:Any of the following:

Degree/HND/Certificate in Telecommunications, Electrician, Electronics & Electric Engineering, CCNA,CCNP, FOA & any ITIL Certification.

Skills Interpersonal:  High Digital Literacy, Team player, Good communicator, Enthusiastic, Proactive, Problem solving, Lateral thinker, Organised and pays attention to detail, Flexible to work long hours / outside normal business hours. 


Purpose of Job:

Service Delivery Technician: Service delivery infrastructure deployment, maintenance & troubleshooting to satisfy Customer Value Proposition (CVP) & maintain a high service availability that meets or surpasses set Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
