Skills Interpersonal: High Digital Literacy, Team player, Good communicator, Enthusiastic, Proactive, Problem solving, Lateral thinker, Organised and pays attention to detail, Flexible to work long hours / outside normal business hours.
Purpose of Job:
Service Delivery Technician: Service delivery infrastructure deployment, maintenance & troubleshooting to satisfy Customer Value Proposition (CVP) & maintain a high service availability that meets or surpasses set Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
